TO THE EYE:
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
ON THE NOSE:
Perfect balance of subtle wood aromas that are mixed with aromas of white fruit such as apple. There are also some notes of fresh almonds. It has freshness and gives us harmony with a friendly and pleasant nose.
ON THE PALATE:
Fine bubbles with a complex palate, with acidity and fruity notes that are combined with the vanilla notes of French oak, which is highly integrated, making touches of wood or a perfect assembly with the aromas of cava. Round, very fine, on the palate it gives us a creaminess and a very long and persistent finish.
Recommended for good cava lovers. Accompany any type of cooked dish or with hints of charcoal. It also pairs very well with red meats such as ostrich, deer, or entrecote, also the most elaborate food or blue fish. Serve at 5 6 ºC
